Qihoo 360 Strongly Rejects Recent Allegations

BEIJING, April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd. ("Qihoo 360" or the "Company," NYSE: QIHU), the leading Internet company in China as measured by active user base, strongly rejects the allegations raised in a Forbes article today. The Company intends to take all necessary legal measures to defend itself against intentionally misleading and false allegations or any attempts to manipulate its stock prices, and to protect the interests of its shareholders.

Over the past five months, the Company has been subject to a series of accusations made by various firms and individuals such as Citron, Deloitte-Watch and Richard Pearson, the author of today's article. The company has rejected all those allegations and firmly stands by all of the information contained in its filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
